RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept merchandise purchased from koutureswim.com in new condition with tags and sanitary liner intact for store credit/ exchange (only for domestic customers). Once you receive your items you then have 30 days to return them to receive a store credit/ exchange. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for store credit/ exchange. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for exchange/ store credit. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or soiled. Kouture Swim does not offer refunds at this time however, we offer store credits and exchanges. We will issue store credit only for the value of the items returned (shipping is non-refundable). You will receive your store credit via e-gift card, the e-gift card does not expire and may be used to purchase any item from our store. The return shipping fee is on us (only for domestic customers)!
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
All purchases made in December will have an extended exchange/store credit policy through January 15th. Please note items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday arefinal sale items
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following includes all final sale items which are not eligible for exchange/store credit:
IN ORDER FOR US TO APPROVE YOUR RETURN, IT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Item(s) must be unworn and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. We strongly suggest when trying on our item(s) to wear underwear to avoid stains and damages.
- Item(s) must be returned in original condition complete with sanitary strip and tags.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT?
You are eligible for exchange/store credit as long as the item(s) you return are unworn, un-soiled, and tags and sanitary liner are intact. You are not eligible if the item(s) you purchased were discounted of 30% or more, final sale items are not eligible for exchange/store credit.

Contact us via email email@example.com your email must include the following: order number, full name, and the name of the items you want to exchange or receive a store credit for. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs for international exchanges/store credits.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
We’re so sorry that you received a faulty/incorrect item. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days and provide your order number and photo of the faulty/incorrect item, so we can better determine the next steps.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your items are inspected by our facility and approved, you’ll then receive an e-gift card typically within 48 hours please allow up to 7 business days.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Once the item leaves our facility and arrives at USPS it is no longer our responsibility. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package.

Due to social distancing and safe shipping procedures, please allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and ship speed but we always aim for our orders to be shipped out the following business week. Kouture Swim ships USPS First Class and Priority Mail also USPS First Class International and Priority International. However, if you need to receive your item(s) quicker please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
